Bonita questions
There is dark growth on my north wall — will paint cover it?
No. Mildew grows back through a new coating. It is treated and washed off first, then the wall is allowed to dry properly before anything is applied. Painting over it wastes the paint and your money.
Do overhanging branches stop you painting?

Why does the strip under my eaves look dirtier than the rest?
