What changes the price of hoa maintenance

Do you guarantee HOA work?
Yes. If something is not right, Ebenezer comes back and repairs it. Coming back to make it right? We never have a problem with that.
Are you licensed and certified for HOA contracts?
Yes. California contractor license 1120008, classification C-33, Painting and Decorating, issued to Lemoon's Painting Inc. You can look the number up yourself on the CSLB website. Ebenezer is a DC#36 journeyman painter, EPA lead-safe (RRP) certified, with OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 and 22 certifications in all.
